Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce – Accounting Department.
2 to 4 years of experience in the field of accounting.
Previous experience in restaurants or F&B.
Practical experience on Oracle MICROS is required.
Experience on SunSystems is required.
Experience in dealing with POS systems and auditing branch sales.
Very good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
Auditing daily branch sales and revenue on Oracle MICROS.
Reconciling sales with Cash / Credit Cards / Online Orders.
Recording and reviewing journal entries and financial transactions on SunSystems.
Reviewing purchase invoices and expenses.
Following up on vendor/supplier accounts.
Bank reconciliations and cash auditing.
Reviewing petty cash and advances.
Coordinating with Cost Control and reviewing inventory movements.
Preparing daily and monthly financial reports.
Participating in Month-End Closing activities.
Required Skills:
Strong accuracy in auditing and numbers.
Ability to detect and follow up on discrepancies.
Ability to manage multiple branches.
Commitment and speed in completing reports.
