Role Summary

The HR Executive will lead recruitment and talent-management activities for NASCO SAEs Alexandria office. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent fostering positive employee relations managing performance evaluation systems coordinating training and development initiatives and ensuring that the company remains compliant with Egyptian labour laws and internal policies. The HR Executive partners with department heads to support a motivated workforce and cultivate a supportive work culture.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  

• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  

• Develop and implement performance-management systems to ensure employees meet expectations.
  

• Provide opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills through training and development programmes.
  

• Ensure the company complies with labour laws and regulations.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour laws.
  

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role.
