Responsibilities :

• Drive people transition actions Help them through the change

• Drive Standardization & Deviations management Workstreams implementation

• Flow Project Integration into WoW for each terminal

• Problem solving role Flow/ Lean coaching

• Help the workstream leads throughout the achievement of goals.

• Support the workstream leads in sustaining the project activities/ achievements.

• Drive the PM visualization and tracking main objective is to promote VM/DM culture in Terminal

• Coach the terminals change management activities incl. communication plan

• Assess flow onsite team in managing the flow concepts (reference point)

• Document the onsite visits (Agenda report outs)

• Engage and influence terminal Flow Team & ensure close collaboration with Global Flow team. .

• Ensure adherence to methodology and follow up on implementation effectiveness.

• Ensure integration of standardization (PDM) in the WoW of local Terminal.

• Coach & develop local / Future capabilities to drive local rollout.

• Drive and support the implementation of the TWI JI in terminals

• Coach & develop local capabilities to enhance the WOW maturity on site.
