Job Responsibilities

• Receive creative briefs and direction to understand the communication objective, key message, audience, and required animation.

• Develop visual concepts and storyboards to establish the animation style, sequence, and flow before production.

• Prepare and organize graphic assets for animation to ensure all required elements are ready for production.

• Apply brand guidelines to animation projects to maintain consistency in visual identity, typography, colors, and overall style.

• Create 2D animations and motion graphics to translate approved concepts into engaging visual content.

• Animate illustrations, typography, icons, and graphic elements to create clear and visually engaging motion.

• Edit animation sequences and visual assets using appropriate effects, transitions, timing, and pacing to achieve the intended creative result.

• Create animated content for social media, campaigns, promotions, and product communication to support marketing activities.

• Review completed animations for visual, creative, and technical quality to identify issues before submission for approval.

• Revise animations based on creative feedback to align the final output with the approved brief and expectations.

• Export final animations in the required formats and specifications to ensure they are ready for publishing across the intended channels.

• Stay updated on relevant motion design trends and techniques to introduce fresh and effective approaches to the company's visual content.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field from 1 to 2 years of experience

• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro

• Solid skills in Video Editing & Animation

• Strong knowledge of AI tools and professional AI workflows

• Experience creating AI-generated videos and images

• Experience with Magnific AI is a plus

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
