Graphic Designer – Branding

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Branding to join our creative team and contribute to building and maintaining strong visual identities for our luxury brands.

The role involves developing creative visual solutions across branding, campaigns, digital content, and marketing materials while ensuring consistency with each brand’s identity, positioning, and creative direction.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands how brands communicate visually, and can transform creative concepts and briefs into polished, high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and creative designs for branding and marketing projects.
• Create and maintain visual identities across different brand touchpoints.
• Design brand assets including key visuals, campaign materials, social media content, presentations, digital assets, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Work on brand identity elements such as typography, color systems, layouts, graphic elements, and visual styles.
• Support the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all creative outputs.
• Design campaign visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns, special occasions, and brand activations.
• Create digital and social media designs while maintaining the overall brand identity.
• Develop creative layouts for websites, e-commerce platforms, digital campaigns, and other online touchpoints.
• Work on packaging, product presentation, promotional materials, and other brand-related assets when required.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, 3D Artists, Motion Designers, and other creative team members.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into strong visual executions.
• Receive and implement creative feedback while maintaining the quality and direction of the design.
• Ensure all final artwork is accurate, polished, and production-ready.
• Prepare files according to the requirements of different platforms and production methods.
• Stay updated with current trends in branding, graphic design, luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, advertising, and visual communication.
• Explore new design techniques, tools, and AI-powered creative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the creative process.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3–5years of experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, campaign design, and creative execution.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, composition, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing for digital and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of print and production requirements.
• Experience with packaging design is a strong plus.
• Experience working with luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of creative briefs and the ability to translate ideas into visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of AI design and creative tools is a strong plus.
