Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer role at Kozamtik is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The person in this role will support the design team by creating visual assets for brand campaigns, product packaging, social media, and marketing materials that align with Kozamtik’s brand identity and standards. Daily tasks include working on graphic concepts, refining layouts, selecting typography, and preparing files for digital and print use. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and branding teams to ensure consistent visual communication across all channels. The role also involves following creative briefs, meeting project deadlines, and contributing fresh design ideas that reflect current trends in the beauty industry.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in Logo Design and Branding to support consistent brand identity across products and campaigns.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for both print and digital materials.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent software).
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, preferably including brand, packaging, and social media designs.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
