Job Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis, market research, and performance measurement to support merchandising and business strategies.
• Analyze customer, sales, financial, and market data to identify trends, test assumptions, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and update available vs. sold units and track overall market performance.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, statistics, and ad-hoc analyses, with a focus on automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Development, and other stakeholders to validate data and assumptions and support business decisions.
• Conduct ongoing research and analysis of the local commercial real estate market, including macro and micro market factors.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the market and provide market insights, trends, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Prepare, organize, and review real estate research reports for local and national publications.
• Respond to internal and external requests for market data and information.
• Present market trends, analysis, and insights to management, internal teams, and clients.
• Support the development of long-term business plans and business development initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Engineering or Business Administration degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience.
• Industry: Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is required.
• Strong analytical, research, reporting, and presentation skills.
