• Process payroll calculations and recurring payroll activities for assigned clients.
• Update payroll systems with employee and payroll data.
• Prepare payroll reports, tax forms, and supporting documentation.
• Perform payroll accuracy checks and identify discrepancies.
• Follow up on pending payroll inputs and outstanding information.
• Maintain payroll records, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and escalate payroll issues when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience with payroll processing, employee records, or operational documentation is an advantage.
