Job Description

About the Role
As a Delivery Support, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service. This role involves managing a team of drivers, overseeing daily delivery activities, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating daily delivery operations, assigning tasks and routes to drivers
• Conducting rider interviews and managing the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-prepared
• Conducting on-ground training to all new hires to ensure they are aligned with InstaShop's standards
• Monitoring delivery performance, addressing delays, and resolving on-ground issues to ensure timely service
• Providing support and guidance to drivers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and training sessions to enhance team skills and efficiency
• Communicating with customers and addressing any delivery-related concerns or feedback
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, incidents, and vehicle usage
• Ensuring asset delivery is in a timely fashion to 3PL vendors and their riders

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in delivery operations or team supervision
• Strong understanding of route planning, delivery processes, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using delivery management software and GPS tracking systems
