Wanted: IT Systems Integration Specialist. Location: Nasr City, Cairo. Work mode: On-site. Industry: Tourism and Travel. A tourism company is seeking an IT Systems Integration Specialist with practical experience in linking various systems and applications to improve data flow and enhance internal business process efficiency. The candidate must be able to analyze current systems, understand business needs, and identify the most appropriate technical solutions for integrating financial, inventory, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: Study the company's systems and applications to identify integration requirements. Design, implement, and maintain integration processes between financial systems, CRM, and other internal systems. Evaluate and select the best technical solutions for integration, whether through APIs, middleware, or other suitable methods. Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and consistency across systems. Identify technical integration issues, analyze their causes, and work to resolve them. Coordinate with management and relevant departments to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions. Document integration processes, technical configurations, and related procedures. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements through system integration. Requirements: Proven practical experience in IT Systems Integration. Working knowledge of accounting systems and CRM. Familiarity with APIs, Web Services, databases, and data exchange methods. Ability to analyze business processes and identify the most suitable technical solutions according to company needs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage integration tasks while coordinating with internal teams and external system providers. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in tourism and travel companies. Experience in integrating ERP systems with financial and CRM systems. Experience in business process automation and operational improvement. Important Note: The role requires practical experience in system integration; therefore, traditional technical support, hardware maintenance, or network administration experience alone is not sufficient for this position.
