Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities
Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions
Monitor equipment performance using predictive maintenance tools
Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and recommend performance improvements.
Track and analyze equipment performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF).
Oversee repairs of pumps, compressors, gear systems, and hydraulic components
Test equipment post-maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
