Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations, with the ability to apply them in a school or educational setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and proficiency with HR information systems and office software.
- Experience in training, coaching, and supporting professional development initiatives for staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an educational institution or international school environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and school leadership.
