Job Summary:

The Finance Manager oversees financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls, ensuring accurate financial information and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The role supports the CFO in financial planning, cost management, and strategic decision-making within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, accounting activities, and the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance monitoring.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, production expenses, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold.
• Ensure effective cash flow management, working capital control, and financial planning.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Supervise and develop the finance team while coordinating with other departments on financial matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, or CPA is an advantage.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing is required.
• Experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
