Specialty Leasing Executive

We sell the commercial space inside District 9 Mall — kiosks, pop-ups, atrium activations, mall media and season sponsorships — and we are looking for someone who has done it before and carried a number while doing it.

Plasma Marketing Group is the exclusive commercial agent for District 9 Mall on Wahat Road, Hadayek El Ahram. You would work from our office in Maadi and spend real time on site.

What you would sell

• Specialty leasing: kiosks, RMUs, pop-up stores, atrium and concourse space
• Mall media: screens, digital, branding positions, wayfinding
• BTL brand activations and experiential campaigns on the mall floor
• Season sponsorships, including the Ramadan tent and the events calendar
• Brand launches and corporate events hosted at the mall

What we are asking for

• At least three years inside a shopping mall's commercial, leasing or marketing team
• At least two of those years carrying a personal revenue target
• Specialty leasing contracts you signed yourself, not ones you supported
• Sponsorship experience: proposals you wrote, tiers you priced, deals you closed
• BTL activations you sold or delivered inside a mall, end to end — this is the core of the role
• A working book of brand, agency and marketing contacts you can call this week
• Availability through Ramadan, including evening and Sohour hours

What we offer

• Fixed monthly salary of EGP [20,000] plus commission on everything you close
• Commission paid on specialty leasing, media, activations and sponsorship, at published rates, with no cap
• A signed, exclusive mandate over a mall with a full events calendar — you are not building a pipeline from nothing
• Direct reporting to the Managing Director, and the authority to price and close
