Position: German Operations Support Associate (Voice & Non-Voice)
Location: Cairo, Egypt (WFO)
Roles are Cairo-based, Work from Office Location will be confirmed after selection
- Shifts will be in between 8:00 to 20:00 CET (Mon – Fri). Working hours will follow the CET time zone with the European weekend pattern (Saturday & Sunday off).
- The tentative start date is in 2 weeks.
- Freshers with no experience will also be considered for this opportunity.
Mandatory Requirements
German language proficiency: Minimum B2 level (CEFR)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
Bachelor's degree preferred
Fresh graduates can be considered
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Operations, BPO, or Support functions
