Position Title: HR Director Employment Type: Full Time Salary : up to 150,000 EGP inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Egypt About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the leading manufacturing firms in the Middle East, offering a diverse range of industrial, commercial, and specialty products. Job Description: • Lead the overall HR function and align HR strategies, policies, and practices with business and Group objectives. • Oversee workforce planning, organizational development, talent acquisition, and talent management. • Manage performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. • Ensure effective HR systems, compliance, organizational structure, and workforce capabilities to support business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s/MBA or HR certification preferred. • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership/HR Director-level experience. • Strong expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. • Must have strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, with experience in manufacturing/industrial organizations, organizational change, and leading HR teams.
