Role Description The Operations Specialist (Limousine) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the chauffeur and limousine services. This role coordinates bookings, dispatches vehicles, and manages schedules to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service for individual and corporate clients. The Operations Specialist monitors fleet utilization, supports driver and chauffeur adherence to company standards, and handles operational issues or customer concerns as they arise. The role also collaborates with sales and reservations teams to optimize capacity, supports reporting and performance tracking, and contributes to continuous process improvement within the limousine operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to monitor performance, optimize fleet utilization, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with chauffeurs, internal teams, and clients, and to handle inquiries or issues professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support upselling of services, respond to client requests, and contribute to revenue growth for limousine operations.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily limousine activities, manage schedules, and maintain service quality and compliance.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize special events, VIP movements, and corporate transportation projects from planning through execution.
• Relevant experience in transportation, mobility services, hospitality, or automotive operations is highly beneficial.
• Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Giza.
• Proficiency in basic office and reservation systems; familiarity with fleet management or dispatch tools is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is beneficial for client and internal communication.
