Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-facing Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to act as an innovator-builder at the intersection of complex data ecosystems and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. In this role, you will embed directly with strategic stakeholders and clients to design, code, and productionize bespoke autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.

The ideal candidate is someone who goes beyond high-level architecture to write the "connective tissue" between customer cloud infrastructure and advanced language models. You will leverage major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), modern lakehouses (Databricks and Snowflake), enterprise orchestration tools (Dataiku), and accelerated hardware configurations using the NVIDIA NIM and NeMo ecosystem to turn enterprise data silos into live, business-transforming agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Code Agentic Workflows: Lead the "discovery-to-deployment" journey, transitioning rapid prototypes into production-grade multi-agent architectures, autonomous tools, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate Multi-Platform Data Estates: Act as the technical anchor to orchestrate data across Databricks (Mosaic AI/Spark) and Snowflake (Cortex/Streamlit) pipelines.
• Accelerate with NVIDIA: Utilize the NVIDIA AI Enterprise stack (including NIM microservices, NeMo Guardrails, and GPU-accelerated computing setups) to achieve sub-second execution latencies and enterprise-level system safety.
• Operationalize Platforms via Dataiku: Bridge enterprise operations by packaging ML pipelines and agentic features into visible, governable, and collaborative workflows using Dataiku DSS.
• Deploy Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Build and operate secure, scalable workloads within AWS, Azure, or GCP, navigating complex security perimeters, state-management challenges, and API patterns.
• Production Excellence & Evaluation: Implement robust LLMOps evaluation harnesses (tracking metrics such as latency, hallucination rates, and tool-misuse) to systematically guarantee system reliability.
• Technical Leadership & Synthesis: Translate high-level business pain points from C-suite executives into executable specs, while feeding field patterns back to internal engineering teams to influence product maps.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of professional software, data, or DevOps engineering experience, with at least 2 years spent building and running production-grade GenAI or agentic systems in live environments.
• Core Languages: Elite coding proficiency in Python (PySpark, FastAPI) and advanced SQL.
• AI/Agentic Frameworks: Proven experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Data Ecosystem Mastery: Hands-on development experience implementing data models and analytics directly inside Snowflake and Databricks Lakehouse environments.
• NVIDIA Stack: Familiarity with the NVIDIA ecosystem (NIMs, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, or Triton-managed vector stores).
• Cloud Architecture: Deep engineering expertise within at least one cloud domain (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices.
• Consultative Mindset: Strong customer empathy with the ability to manage ambiguity, present technical visions to executives, and work closely with client engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active experience using Dataiku for cross-team machine learning orchestration, pipeline tracking, or solution deployment.
• Experience setting up synthetic data generation, structured experimentation (A/B testing prompts/agent architectures), and deep failure-mode analysis.
• Experience with specialized enterprise integration vectors such as graph databases or semantic data layers

Location & Mobility

• Based in Egypt (working under our Dubai entity)
• Open to occasional travel to client sites in the UAE or Saudi Arabia if needed.
