Role Description The Senior Purchasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan, responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, and other supplies. The role includes overseeing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with production needs. The Senior Purchasing Specialist will analyze market trends and pricing, evaluate supplier performance, and recommend improvements to purchasing processes and policies. The role also involves close collaboration with production, quality, and finance teams to maintain product quality standards, support operational efficiency, and adhere to budget parameters.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchasing to manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and procurement workflows effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Purchase Management and Purchase Orders skills to oversee order planning, execution, documentation, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to assess costs, supplier performance, market trends, and purchasing data for informed decision-making.
• Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain within food, FMCG, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in ERP or purchasing systems and MS Office, especially Excel, for tracking orders, budgets, and reports.
