Tulua & HDP (Housing and Development Properties) is hiring! We need a sharp, dependable #Mall_Operation_Engineer_Specialist to help keep our #New_Cairo operations running efficiently.

About the Role

As part of our operations team, you'll play a key role in connecting departments, tracking performance, and making sure our processes stay efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall mall operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily activities.

• Lead facilities, security, housekeeping, parking, customer service, and other operational functions.

• Develop and implement operational procedures, standards, and KPIs.

• Monitor tenant compliance and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.

• Oversee maintenance, health & safety, emergency preparedness, and facility standards.

• Manage operational budgets, service providers, contracts, and operating costs.

• Drive initiatives that improve customer experience, mall performance, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with leasing, marketing, finance, and other departments to support overall mall objectives.

• Lead and develop operations teams, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary operational teams.

• Strong knowledge of facilities management, HSE, security, housekeeping, and customer experience.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of budgets, vendor management, contracts, and operational KPIs.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
