BPO Appointment Setter

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Appointment Setter to join our BPO sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and contact lists.
• Communicate professionally with customers and build rapport over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the services.
• Identify interested and qualified prospects and schedule appointments.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and appointments in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects when required.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified appointments.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Working Days & Working Hours

• First Month: 6 working days per week.
• From the Second Month Onwards: The schedule will follow:
• One week: 5 working days
• All other weeks: 6 working days
• Shift Timing: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Toronto (EST/EDT) time
• Cairo Timing: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Cairo time when Toronto is on EDT.
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shift with a 45-minute break.

Overtime (OT)

• Employees who are required and approved to work beyond their scheduled working hours will be eligible for additional overtime payment, as per the company's applicable overtime policy.
• Overtime must be approved by management/team lead in advance to qualify for payment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to handle objections and engage potential customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain a stable internet connection and suitable work setup.
• Willingness to work according to the assigned shift and working-day schedule.
