Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service & Sales (Voice) role for C1-level English graduates, based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about products and services. Daily tasks include resolving issues, recommending suitable solutions, promoting relevant offers, and supporting sales conversions while maintaining a high standard of phone etiquette. The team member will document interactions in the system, follow established procedures, meet performance targets, and ensure a positive customer experience during night shifts. Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues to improve processes and share feedback is also part of the role.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage calls professionally and efficiently.
• Capability to drive Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Excellent Phone Etiquette, including active listening, polite tone, and effective handling of difficult conversations.
• C1-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with clear and confident communication.
• Availability and reliability to work night shifts on-site in Qesm 1st New Cairo.
• Ability to work with call center systems, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales (voice) is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated graduates.
