What youll be doing:

Lead and grow our client service business in Egypt driving revenue performance strategic account growth and exceptional client outcomes. Youll build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders lead high-impact insight and analytics projects and help clients turn consumer understanding into commercial action. Youll also develop a high-performing team champion best practices and innovation and ensure the successful adoption of new tools ways of working and capabilities across the business.

What success looks like:

Client Growth & Partnership

• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across key client accounts.
• Act as a strategic advisor delivering valuable insights that support client growth and business decisions.
• Demonstrate the impact and value of Worldpanel solutions across client organisations.
• Gather and act on client feedback to ensure our services continue to meet evolving business needs.

Commercial Leadership

• Lead annual revenue planning and forecasting identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Drive account performance by managing pipeline health addressing risks and delivering against commercial targets.
• Support the team in identifying and converting growth opportunities throughout the year.

People Leadership & Development

• Create an inclusive collaborative and high-performing team environment where everyone can thrive.
• Provide regular coaching feedback and development support to help team members achieve their goals.

Role Requirements & Capabilities (The skills and experience required)

A solid background of professional experience and proficiency in market research marketing or business consulting sectors

A track record of autonomously leading a business unit of commercial colleagues

Excellent client-handling skills ideally within the FMCG sector

Extensive experience in the management engagement development and motivation of a team in a climate of transformation
