Import & Export Specialist Job Requirements Suitable higher qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and export. Proficiency in handling import and export procedures and operations. Experience in handling shipment documents and procedures. Ability to handle and communicate with clients, suppliers, and shipping companies. English language proficiency. Ability to work Indoor & Outdoor. Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs. Residents of 10th of Ramadan and surrounding areas are preferred. Job Responsibilities Follow up and execute import and export operations from inception to shipment completion. Prepare and review import, export, and shipping documents. Track shipments with shipping lines and customs clearance companies. Communicate with suppliers and clients and follow up on orders. Follow up on customs clearance procedures and coordinate with relevant parties. Track shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules. Perform required outdoor tasks related to import and export operations. Prepare and track reports and data related to shipments.
