To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "Digital Channels Product Manager "

Job purpose:

The purpose of this role is to define and execute the product vision, strategy and market fit across Geidea UAE, along with leading the technology squads to transform customer needs into delivered products.

Responsibilities:

• Define the Product Vision, Strategy and product market fit and create a product roadmap
• Specify and oversee the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
• Participate in and lead customer focus groups for collecting insights
• Use market research and insights to create ideas for products in alignment with customers’ needs
• Create and supervise Go to market strategy.
• Assist in overseeing the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
• Define product marketing communication objectives
• Monitor the competitor companies, compare the company’s products to the market, and enhance as needed
• Provide management with analyses and reports on different product related updates and workflows
• Lead, oversee and coordinate the work of product owners

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with at least 4 years working as Product owner.
• Proven experience in customer onboarding journeys is a must.
• Business analysis skills, including business requirements gathering and documentation, are a must.
• Proven experience in B2C products, reporting platforms and customer application products.
• Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning and go-to-market.
• Experience in driving product adoption and in using and analyzing product analytics tools.
• Fintech experience, especially in the UAE market, is preferable.
• Technical background is preferred, with experience in the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles is a must.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and guide product owners.
• Good communicator with an excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to work remotely and manage remote stakeholders across multinational teams.
• Willingness to learn new regulations and new markets.
• Flexibility in working hours to align with UAE working hours and ability to travel to UAE when needed.
• Product management certificate / training is a plus.
