Summary

Manages compliance and enterprise risk management for MAG, leading the risk framework, compliance program and team, and ensuring risks are identified, owned and mitigated across the group.

Tasks
Liaise with regulators and authorities on compliance matters and inspections. Analyze risk and compliance data such as incidents, audit findings and control tests. Develop and implement compliance and risk policies across the group. Manage compliance risks, including anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, competition and data privacy. Maintain the enterprise risk register with risk owners across companies and functions. Assess operational risks in key processes such as vehicle sales, credit, inventory and IT. Model risk scenarios such as currency shocks, OEM supply disruption and regulatory change. Recommend risk mitigation actions and track their implementation. Monitor operational compliance through reviews and self-assessments. Provide risk inputs to internal audit planning. Report risk and compliance status to executives and the Audit Committee. Lead the risk and compliance team. Set objectives for the team and review their performance.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law or Business.

CRMA, ICA or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

10Â12 years of risk, compliance or audit experience, including 3+ years managing a team.
