Job Summary

Manage and lead Store Supervisors across multiple retail partners to ensure smooth daily
operations and consistent execution of picking activities.
Monitor operational KPIs including productivity preparation time order accuracy cancellation
rate substitutions quality and SLA compliance while implementing action plans to improve
performance.
Plan and optimize manpower allocation shift schedules attendance and workforce utilization to
ensure adequate staffing based on business demand.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service Live Operations Fleet HR and Retail Partners to
resolve operational issues improve customer experience and maintain service excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews coaching sessions and operational audits for Supervisors
to ensure compliance with company standards policies and operational procedures.
Analyze operational reports and performance trends identify root causes of performance gaps
and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer
satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in business administration Logistics Supply Chain or a related field.
35 years of experience in Operations Retail E-commerce Grocery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
