We’re looking for a Front Line – Customer Service Representative to provide excellent face-to-face service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Location: Heliopolis

Preferred: Candidates residing in Heliopolis or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
