About the Role:
A leading food export company is seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead international sales growth in the frozen and processed food sector. The successful candidate will manage export sales across multiple markets develop strong client and importer relationships and play a key role in achieving the companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed business objectives and international sales targets through prospecting new clients
• Take over responsibility for export sales across several markets
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with targeted clients
• Monitor changes in the international market situation
• Resolve product or service problems and customer complaints
• Address all problems promptly including writing detailed reports to keep on file
• Establish and manage relationships with new importers and traders to ensure fulfillment of their financial and order commitments through market feedback and visits
• Continually penetrate new markets
• Coordinate with various divisions within the company to achieve strategic goals
• Prepare periodic sales reports to senior management as required
• Gather and update information and market data on targeted markets
• Attend international fairs and exhibitions to promote products and establish relations with targeted clients

Requirements:

• 57 years of management experience in the frozen food field (frozen fruits & vegetables frozen meat frozen chicken frozen fish)
• English proficiency: Very Good
• Gender: Not specified
• Owning a car is preferred
• Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel internationally for fairs exhibitions and client visits
