Overview: Ryada Real Estate, a company of Ryada Group, announces its need for a Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead the team, achieve sales targets, and develop opportunities and sales for real estate projects. Work Location: Cairo – Nasr City. Responsibilities: Leading and managing the real estate sales team and continuously monitoring performance. Setting and following up on sales plans to achieve targets. Distributing leads and sales opportunities to team members and following up on sales stages. Following up with clients from the inquiry stage through to contract completion. Training and guiding team members on sales, negotiation, and deal-closing techniques. Monitoring the real estate market, projects, competitors, prices, and offers. Building strong client relationships and developing new sales opportunities. Analyzing team results and identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Preparing periodic sales and performance reports. Coordinating with management and relevant departments to ensure efficient sales and contracting processes. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales. Previous experience in leading a sales team. Good knowledge of the real estate market, projects, and sales systems. Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals. Leadership personality with the ability to motivate and follow up. Ability to analyze leads and sales pipeline stages. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
