About the role

The analyst relations business partner plays a key role in the execution of the analyst relations program ensuring engagement with relevant internal stakeholders and industry analysts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end execution of the AR strategy and corresponding programs and initiatives.
• Be the trusted partner between industry analysts and the company while maintaining professional decorum attention to detail and timeliness.
• Contribute to and execute AR operations
• Support qualitative and timely evaluative research submissions across all Orange Business portfolio.

About you

Communication skills:

• Executive-level communications to ensure a focused and valuable interaction with clear next steps.
• Active listening to validate existing hypotheses uncover new insights and probe for additional information.
• Ability to distill complex topics into actionable feedback.
• Clear compelling and articulate written and verbal communications.
• Fluency in English and French is a big plus

Creative skills:

• Ability to innovate on existing best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
• Curiosity and drive to explore how things are done in other functions such as product marketing competitive intelligence and ability to adapt best practices to AR.
• Openness to experimenting with new approaches testing hypotheses and establishing processes to accelerate impact of the AR function.

Analytical skills:

• Ability to manage multiple high impact projects.
• Ability to identify signals through noise and take the best next action.
• Ability to analyze and interpret disparate datasets to derive insights.
• Intuition to challenge conclusions based solely on data patterns.
• Willingness to change direction based on results illustrated through data.
• Ability to integrate analyst insights with company strategy to evaluate program impact.

Business and technical acumen skills:

• Ability to understand and articulate the organizations technology offering and place in the ecosystem.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing communications product marketing product management or corporate strategy roles in enterprise technology and/or service providers.
• Experience in analyst relations is preferred but not a must have.
