Job Summary

Data Analysis & Insights

• Investigate business performance to identify growth optimization and efficiency opportunities.
• Deliver clear fast insights that support decisions in a high-velocity environment.
• Analyze customer behavior purchasing patterns and volume drivers across the customer lifecycle.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and recurring deep-dive (channel performance outlet segmentation promo/seasonality impact etc)

Reporting Dashboards & KPI Tracking

• Help Define and Standardize Key business performance metrics.
• Build and maintain Dashboards and reports with strong storytelling and usability.
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy consistency and scalability across reporting outputs.
• Automate recurring reporting where possible to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.

Data Preparation & Automation

• Clean transform and consolidate datasets from multiple sources (Excel files system exports 3rd party data census data etc)
• Use Python to automate workflows (data prep validation checks recurring exports KPI Pipelines etc)
• Maintain well-documented reusable analysis outputs (templates scripts refresh steps.

Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analyst role
• Strong Advanced Excel skills
• Strong background with Power BI (Power Query data modelling DAX measures and dashboard design) or similar visualization tool (SAC Tableau Metabase etc..)
• Good Python foundations
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate ambiguous business asks into measurable outputs.
• Clear communication and ability to present insights simply to non-technical stakeholders.
• FMCG Experience
• RTM Projects Experience
• GIS tools exposure
• Familiarity with SQL
• Familiarity with Trifecta and Snowflake
