Role Description The English CS (US Account) role at COB Solution is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries from US-based clients, providing clear and professional support in English via phone, email, and chat. Daily tasks include resolving account-related issues, explaining services and processes, and documenting interactions accurately in internal systems. The position requires collaborating with internal teams to follow up on complex requests, escalating cases when needed, and ensuring timely, high-quality service. The role also includes participating in ongoing training, applying feedback to improve performance, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional writing.
• Experience in customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage challenging interactions respectfully.
• Background or exposure to English teaching or training, with the ability to explain information and processes in a simple, structured way.
• Translation skills or experience working with bilingual content, especially when supporting US accounts from a non-US location.
• Comfort with on-site work in Cairo, Egypt, and readiness to work with US time zones or shift schedules as required.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools, email, and office applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical support services is an advantage but not required.
