Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience across core HR functions and generalist responsibilities.
• Proficiency in HR Management, including workforce planning, performance support, and employee relations.
• Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies aligned with organizational standards and local regulations.
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in large-scale projects, facilities management, or urban operations environments is beneficial.
