• Manage import shipments from suppliers to final delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents.

• Handle import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.

• Follow up on customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with applicable import regulations.

• Monitor shipment schedules, freight costs, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with the Purchasing, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth import operations.

• Maintain accurate import records and track shipment status until final delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, with a strong focus on import operations.

• Good knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import regulations, and international shipping documentation.

• Experience dealing with international suppliers and freight forwarders.

• Good command of English and strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
