We’re Hiring: Customer Support Specialist – Egypt

Location: Egypt | Remote

⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours/day | Flexible

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in Egypt who is a strong problem-solver, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer queries and resolve product-related issues.
• Onboard and guide customers through QuickSync.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
• Handle escalations and difficult customer situations.
• Proactively identify account issues before they affect customers.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams when required.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand product workflows and integrations.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer support tools.
• Calm, patient, and confident when dealing with customers.
• Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management is preferred.
• E-commerce or SaaS experience is a plus.
