Reception agent
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception, front desk, or guest-facing hospitality role
• Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
• Proven ability to manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest requests efficiently
• Demonstrated experience with upselling and promoting services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
