Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and supports a fashion and retail account. The role focuses on assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and styling guidance, while promoting brand identity and delivering a seamless shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound interactions, providing product information, processing orders, resolving inquiries and complaints, and meeting performance targets such as sales conversion and customer satisfaction. Team members collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to stay updated on new collections, promotions, and brand standards, and adhere to company policies and quality guidelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Marketing skills to drive conversions, promote products, and support brand objectives.
• Candidates should possess Fashion, Fashion Styling, and Fashion Design knowledge to offer informed product recommendations and styling advice.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally across diverse customer groups.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, maintain punctuality, and adapt to shift-based schedules if required.
• Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and retail systems to manage customer interactions and orders.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to meeting individual and team performance goals.
• Previous experience in fashion retail, sales, or customer support is beneficial; high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
