Role Description:

• Client Management: Conduct negotiations, establish terms, and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor and maintain existing contracts and renewals in alignment with growth and volume strategies.
• Fill accounts via our platform and systems.
• Execute sales plans & meetings.
• Liaise with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues.
• Make quotations to customers, new and existing, within a designated sales area to negotiate prices, securing the best cargo mix.

Qualifications:

• Strong Inside Sales skills, with experience in proactive outreach, consultative selling, and closing opportunities.
• 3+ years of proven inside sales experience in the shipping field is essential.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
