• Manage and confirm reservations through the Cozy Home platform.

• Manage property listings and reservations across Booking.com, Airbnb, and Property Finder.

• Handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate apartment availability and booking schedules.

• Maintain accurate booking records and reports.

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Female candidates with at least 5 years of experience in reservations, preferably in serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Previous experience using Booking.com, Airbnb, and Property Finder for property listings, bookings, and customer inquiries.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
