• Corporate Brand Management – Through specific internal and external communication actions, build the image of the company as an employer of choice and a company that respects social responsibility principles.

• Establish local standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures aimed at recruiting and integrating the right people in an environment where talent is scarce.

• Directs recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement activities for exempt and nonexempt positions

• Extends job offers and establishes starting salaries

• Arranges advertising or employment agency services

• Recommends qualified candidates for open positions

• Conducts pre-employment tests and reference checks

• Handles orientation and paperwork for new hires and sends rejection letters to candidates not selected

• Places employment advertisements and/or analyzes reports and trends

• KPI's

• Number of positions closed

• Number of sources of candidates

• Number of employment fairs attended

• Turnover and retention rates

• Performance/Potential improvement indicators

• Internal Promotion rates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in Staffing and Recruitment.

• Exposure and familiarity with company culture and working principles.

• Sound understanding of implementing and further developing the Recruitment systems.

• Hands-on experience and knowledge of local employment, labour laws, and regulations.
