Appointment Setter / Live Transfer Agent – US Campaign

Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
Work Model: On-site
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

About the Role
Winrix is looking for motivated and results-driven Appointment Setters / Live Transfer Agents to join our US campaign. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, previous cold-calling experience, and the ability to engage potential customers professionally while working toward performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Introduce the company's services and engage prospects in professional conversations.
- Qualify leads based on campaign requirements.
- Schedule appointments and/or transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate team.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- English proficiency: B2+ to C1.
- Previous cold-calling experience is required.
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Applicants aged 20–35.
- Graduates and university students are welcome to apply.
Working Conditions
- Fixed evening/night shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
- Five working days per week.
- Saturday and Sunday off.
- On-site position in Nasr City, Cairo.
- Paid training and probation.
Compensation
