PENTA 3D is looking for an experienced Senior Application Engineer to join our team and deliver advanced modeling and simulation solutions to our customers using leading engineering technologies from Siemens.

This role combines deep technical expertise in CAE and CAD with customer-facing responsibilities across presales, aftersales, and technical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical demonstrations, benchmarks, and presentations for CAE and CAD solutions.

• Perform modeling and simulation tasks, including FEA (structural, thermal, and dynamic) and CFD (fluid flow and heat transfer).

• Build and refine 3D CAD models, including design modifications and preparation for simulation.

• Provide aftersales support, including software installation, configuration, and customer training.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering and simulation workflows.

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and support customer projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, or a related Engineering field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a CAE Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of CAD software and 3D modeling.

• Solid understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), including meshing, boundary conditions, and results interpretation.

• Solid understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), including flow setup, meshing, and results interpretation.

• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Additional Advantages

• Experience with Siemens CAE and CAD solutions.

• Knowledge of multibody dynamics or design optimization.

• Previous experience in presales, technical support, or customer training.
