Job Announcement: Sales & Customer Care Specialist

All by Wood for Furniture & Decor is hiring a Sales & Customer Care Specialist with experience in the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication & Social Media: Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and comments across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).

• Telesales: Handle incoming calls, offer expert advice, and assist customers in selecting the best furniture solutions for their needs.

• Order Follow-up: Manage the entire order cycle from confirmation, production, and processing to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Customer Service & After-Sales: Address client inquiries and complaints with flexibility and professionalism to build long-term relationships.

• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and send price quotes and technical details to prospective clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in furniture or interior decor sales.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Interior Design / Architecture, or any relevant field backed by solid industry experience).

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a refined, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.

• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail in order processing and seamless coordination between clients and production/delivery teams.

• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with messaging tools and basic spreadsheet software (Excel / Google Sheets).
