Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an English Technical Account in the Android account, suitable for graduates with C1-level English proficiency. The role involves supporting Android users by responding to technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear guidance via multiple communication channels. Daily tasks include documenting cases, following established procedures, escalating complex issues to specialized teams, and ensuring timely resolution to meet service level agreements. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and maintain accurate account and system records. Consistent adherence to quality standards, data security, and company policies is expected.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Bookkeeping and Accounting to support accurate record management and financial tracking related to technical accounts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Invoicing to assist with billing inquiries, payment verification, and financial reconciliation linked to account activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, explain technical information clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
• C1-level English proficiency (spoken and written) and the ability to handle technical conversations with international customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail when investigating and documenting technical issues.
• Comfort with Android devices, applications, and basic troubleshooting, with a willingness to learn more advanced features and tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo in rotating shifts, maintaining reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or customer service experience are an advantage.
