We’re Hiring | Call Center Team Leader

Zahraa El Maadi – Cairo

Requirements:

* Must be a resident of Zahraa El Maadi or nearby areas. Candidates living far from the office are not preferred.

* Age: 24–29 years old

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader

* Experience managing Calls, Chat, Technical Support & Moderation teams

* Strong Leadership & People Management Skills

* Ability to understand different team personalities, motivate and develop each team member effectively

* Experience in Coaching, Quality Monitoring & Performance Management

* Strong Communication, Persuasion & Objection Handling Skills

* Ability to analyze KPIs, improve team performance & achieve targets
