We’re Hiring | Senior Sales Executive – Industrial Automation Location: New Cairo, Fifth Settlement (Tagamoa) We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Sales Executive to work closely with the company owner in developing sales opportunities and expanding our customer base.

The role focuses on selling robot solutions to manufacturers and industrial clients, helping them improve productivity, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities with factories and manufacturing companies.
* Build relationships with business owners, plant managers, production managers, and procurement teams.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and closing.
* Understand customers’ production challenges and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
* Support the owner in managing key accounts, preparing commercial offers, and following up on strategic opportunities.
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress, forecasts, and market feedback. Candidate Profile
* Extensive B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
* Experience selling to manufacturers or industrial clients is strongly preferred.
* A background in industrial equipment, machinery, automation, or technical solutions would be a strong advantage.
* Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to communicate the business value of technical solutions.
* A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to work independently and collaborate closely with the owner.
* Availability for client visits and on-site meetings.
