The ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of Property Management experience of managing mixed-use & malls

high rise operational commercial office and or residential buildings in Egypt; and must hold relevant Masters / Postgraduate / Undergraduate degrees and or associated accreditations.

The candidate should have a working knowledge of building operations property and asset management FMMA - managing facilities management service providers transitions management functionality of property management systems and interfacing with clients stakeholders and tenants.
