About the Role:

TERM is looking for high-performing Area Managers to own and expand our market presence across key regions in Egypt. In this role, you will lead commercial operations for our premium line of Golf Carts, Forklifts, Material Handling Equipment, and Beach Buggies, directly targeting decision-makers in Hotels, Resorts, Hospitals, Commercial Complexes, and Sports Clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure within your assigned territory.

• Leverage and expand your existing network/database of decision-makers (Procurement, Facility, and Operations Managers) in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and Sports sectors.

• Conduct regular client visits, present tailored equipment solutions, and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs set by company management.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new commercial opportunities within your designated governorate/area.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of solid B2B Sales experience targeting Hotels, Resorts, Hospitals, or Sports Clubs (is a must).

• Industry Background: Proven track record in B2B product sales (e.g., Heavy Equipment, Material Handling, Golf Carts, Commercial Cleaning Equipment, or related Facility Solutions).

• Age Preference: Up to 40 – 45 years.

• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
