1. Maintain the daily performance of computer systems.

2. Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, and other technical tools and products.

3. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Printers and other systems.

4. Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.

5. Installs and maintains all end-user software and hardware.

6. Manages PC setup and deployment for new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in a help desk, IT support, or technical support role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and other operating systems, as well as common office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Must be a resident of Alexandria.
